Here is everything you need to know before you venture out to your first wine tasting. The first thing to realize is that wine tasting is supposed to be fun, do not allow yourself to be intimidated by the experience. Most tasting rooms will allow you to "taste-through" all of the wines they are offering that day, or you may request to taste just those wines that interest you. Also, feel free to spit, it is perfectly acceptable to not drink the full pour, becoming intoxicated is not recommended if you are visiting multiple tasting rooms.
